Delivery & Returns

The cost of shipping an order is dependant on the delivery address as well as the weight of the shipment – this can only be calculated at checkout.

We offer multiple shipping methods for you to choose from, the available options will be displayed at checkout alongside the costs.

Free standard delivery is available to the UK when the value of your order is over £100. This is only available to B2C clients.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout.

The delivery dates which are provided are estimates and do not allow for delays which can occur after the order has left our facility.

These dates do not apply in situations where we have not been provided with a complete delivery address. If any information is missing, a delay will occur and we will not be accountable for this.

Your delivery date can also be affected by asking us to add to, or amend an order after it has been placed.

Late Shipments

If you haven’t received your order on the estimated delivery date and you don’t know why, please track your order using the supplied tracking number.

If your order confirmation hasn’t arrived, please check your junk mail folder.

Any orders which are delayed due to a fault made by the carrier are eligible for a refund of the shipping fee paid.

Although shipping your order is outside our control, if you have any issues, we will help you in any way that we can.

Returns

You can return any unused items for a full refund of the item price within 14 days of receiving the item.

After 14 days, if the item(s) are not faulty or sent in error and you wish to return / exchange them, there will be a 5% restocking fee.

If more than 30 days have passed since your order was received the items can no longer be returned to us.

These terms do not apply to DVDs where the outermost seal/wrapping has been broken and do not apply to books or magazines.

Any faulty items which were sent in error will be replaced / refunded at no extra cost to you.

You must include a copy of your order ID within the package. Failure to do so will delay the refund process.
